CHEF DE PARTIE

Job Specification: Chef De Partie required to work for a 4 star hotel in the perimeter of the theatrical excitement of central London. This art deco 692 bedroom hotel also boasts 18 meeting rooms, business lounge and club floor and fine dining restaurant. The ideal applicant must have gained experience working in all sections of the kitchen able to work in a team environment and produce a very high standard of cuisine and have the desire to be promoted in a 4 star environment. This is a prime opportunity for the successful candidate to work in a challenging environment. Working different straight shifts ranging from 6:00am up to 11:00pm, 5 days out of 7. Also available is service charge which ranges from 500 to 1,500 per annum depending of level of business
