This art deco 692 bedroom hotel also boasts 18 meeting rooms, business lounge and club floor and fine dining restaurant. The ideal applicant must have gained experience working in a catering environment, gained good knives skills and have the ability to work within a busy team environment. The ideal applicant must be passionate and eager to learn new ideas in an establishment which employs a large chef brigade and produces a high level of cuisine at all times.
