Job Specification: Chefs De Parties required to work for an extremely successful and vibrant recruitment agency providing over 800 temporary staff per week here in the UK and overseas. Clients include 4 star and 5 star hotels, contract catering units and fine dining restaurants in zone 1,2,3,4 of London. The ideal applicants must have the desire and commitment to succeed, be versatile in all areas of the kitchen and be competent to work larder, apply and hot section. NVQ 1, 2 is ideally preferred.
