LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: LONDON

Job Specification: To work with colleagues within Learning and Development, the Cabinet Office and across Whitehall to: Lead and coordinate the response of DFID's Learning and Development function to a range of policy initiatives and requirements; Share knowledge about future policy direction and initiatives, and ensure they are integrated into DFID's learning and development strategy and intervention design; Collate and analyse information from Learning and Development Advisers and other DFID stakeholders to identify, shape and implement organisation wide learning initiatives.
